Auric Tracker Support

If something isn't working, or you have a question or an idea, email auricworks.app@gmail.com. Please include your iPhone model and iOS version.

The app shows no steps or no heart-rate data

Auric Tracker reads everything from Apple Health. Open the Health app, tap your profile picture, tap Apps, tap Auric Tracker, and make sure every type of data is turned on. Zone minutes and the Cardio Score come only from recorded workouts, so record your workouts with your Apple Watch or another tracker that saves workouts and detailed heart rate to Apple Health.

My streak or trends only go back 30 days

On iOS 27, Apple Health can share only the past 30 days with an app. To share your full history, open the Health app, tap your profile picture, tap Apps, tap Auric Tracker, and choose to share all recorded data.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Your iPhone counts steps on its own. Measuring training needs a heart-rate sensor, and the app works best with an Apple Watch. Another tracker works if it saves workouts and detailed heart-rate readings to Apple Health.

Moving to a new iPhone

When you move to a new iPhone with Quick Start, or restore it from an iPhone backup, all of Auric Tracker's data comes with it. If you set up the new iPhone without restoring, the app's iCloud backup brings back your goals, week settings, and achievements, and your steps and workouts come back from Apple Health. Your age, heart-rate zones, and journal are kept only on your iPhone, so they come back only with an iPhone backup or Quick Start.

Restoring your purchase

If you bought the unlock and it isn't showing, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments and refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Zones by Feel

Zones by Feel lets you set your heart-rate zones with a talk test instead of a formula. It's a fitness feature, not medical advice, and Auric Tracker isn't a medical device. Talk to your doctor before using heart-rate zones to guide your exercise, especially if you have a heart condition or take medication that affects your heart rate.

Requirements

Auric Tracker needs an iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The Apple Watch app needs watchOS 10 or later.
